Return & Refund Policy – Solid Wood Decor
At Solid Wood Decor, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our high-quality solid wood furniture. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Due to Damage/Defect: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform our delivery personnel immediately upon delivery and raise a ticket through our Contact Page. We will assess the issue within 3 Days and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or repair, as needed.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product received does not match your original order, report the issue immediately through our Contact Page. We will resolve the issue by either replacing the product or providing a refund.
- Cancellation for Change of Mind: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the product has not yet been shipped or entered production. Refunds for such cancellations will be credited to your Solid Wood Decor Wallet.
2. Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return: Products may be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or if a wrong product has been delivered. Returns must be initiated within 3 Days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Products: Customized furniture, products that have been installed or used, or items that have been damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible for a refund, the process will begin once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and issued via NEFT, original payment method, or to your Solid Wood Decor Wallet.
- Please note that processing fees may apply depending on the nature of the refund.
4. Warranty
All our products come with a 36-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and issues related to workmanship.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper installation or usage, exposure to elements like water and sunlight, and cracks due to seasonal changes in solid wood are not covered under the warranty.
- Warranty becomes void if the product is relocated or if repairs are done by unauthorized personnel.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Free delivery applies to the first delivery attempt. If a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
- Our delivery team will coordinate with you for a seamless installation. In the absence of a service lift, delivery will be made to the ground floor.
- Extra charges may apply for specific-time deliveries or weekend installations.
